1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for services provided by
R Digital Media, including Funnel & User Behavior Analysis,
website development, PWA development, and HTML5 interactive game projects.
2. Client-Initiated Cancellations
-
You may request cancellation by emailing us with your project reference/invoice details.
-
If cancellation is requested before work begins, we may cancel without any service charges (payment gateway fees may still apply where applicable).
-
If work has started, we will calculate completed work and committed costs, and refunds (if any) are handled as per the
Refund Policy.
3. Notice & Communication
Cancellation requests should be submitted via email for proper documentation.
If you message on WhatsApp for urgency, please still send an email to confirm the request.
4. Project Pauses / Inactivity
If a project is paused due to missing inputs, approvals, or prolonged inactivity from the client side:
- Timelines may shift and delivery dates may be impacted.
- We may pause work until required details are received.
-
If inactivity continues for an extended period, we may treat the project as canceled and close it,
with billing based on work completed.
5. Cancellation / Rescheduling by R Digital Media
-
We may reschedule timelines due to technical reasons, third-party dependencies (hosting/tools), or unforeseen circumstances.
We will communicate changes promptly.
-
If we are unable to continue a project for valid reasons, we will provide project status and deliverables completed so far.
Any refund (if applicable) will be considered after deducting completed work and committed costs.
6. Ongoing Services / Retainers
-
For monthly analysis/reporting or ongoing maintenance retainers, cancellation requires prior notice as agreed in the proposal.
-
Fees for already completed billing periods are non-refundable.
7. Third-Party Fees
Any third-party charges (hosting, domain renewals, paid plugins, APIs, ad spends, etc.)
are non-refundable once paid to the respective provider. These are governed by the third-party’s policies.
8. How to Request Cancellation
- Email info@rdigitalmedia.com with your project reference/invoice number.
- Mention the reason for cancellation and whether you want to pause or stop the project completely.
- We will confirm next steps, including any pending deliverables and payment adjustments (if applicable).
9. Exceptions
We may make reasonable exceptions for genuine emergencies or special circumstances at our discretion.
Documentation may be requested for verification.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy as our services evolve. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
