and our services, including Funnel & User Behavior Analysis and IT services
such as website development, PWA development, and HTML5 interactive game development (“Services”).

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Scope of Services

Analysis Services may include tracking review, funnel review, behavior insights, reporting, and recommendations.

IT Services may include design/development of websites, PWAs, web applications, and HTML5 browser games.

Exact scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed in writing (email/WhatsApp/proposal) before work begins.
4. Access & Client Responsibilities

For analysis work, we may request viewer-level access to analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Search Console, Clarity)
or ask for read-only exports/screenshots. Admin access is requested only if necessary and only with your approval.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, required assets (logos, text, images), approvals, and timely feedback.

Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals may affect timelines.
5. Payments & Pricing

Pricing may be project-based or retainer-based depending on scope.

Any advance, milestone, or final payment terms will be communicated before the project starts.

If online payments are enabled, payments may be processed through third-party providers. We do not store card/UPI details on our servers.
6. Revisions & Change Requests

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed scope.

Any change beyond the agreed deliverables (new pages/features, major redesigns, additional tracking requirements, etc.)
may require additional time and cost, which will be shared in advance.
7. Third-Party Tools & Accounts
Some Services may depend on third-party tools and platforms (hosting, domain registrar, analytics tools, plugins, payment gateways, etc.).
Their uptime, policies, and pricing are outside our control. Any third-party fees are typically billed by those platforms directly to you
unless explicitly included in our proposal.
8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive rights to the final deliverables created specifically for you
(e.g., website pages, custom code/modules, game assets produced by us).

We may reuse general know-how, non-confidential techniques, and reusable components developed independently.

Third-party libraries, fonts, plugins, and media remain subject to their own licenses.
9. Confidentiality
We will not intentionally disclose your confidential business information shared for the project.
You agree not to share any confidential proposals, pricing, or internal documentation we provide, unless required by law.
10. Portfolio & Credits
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display non-confidential project work (such as screenshots, website links, or brief case notes)
in our portfolio for promotional purposes. If your project requires confidentiality, tell us before the project begins.
11. Disclaimers

Analysis and recommendations are based on available data, tracking setup, and observed user behavior patterns.
Results can vary due to traffic quality, market conditions, website changes, and external factors.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., fixed conversion rate, specific revenue, ad performance, or ranking improvements)
unless explicitly agreed in writing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R Digital Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific Service
giving rise to the claim.
13. Privacy & Tracking
We may use analytics and tracking tools to understand website usage and improve our services.
