Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by R Digital Media, including Funnel & User Behavior Analysis, website development, PWA development, and HTML5 interactive game projects.

2. Nature of Services

Our services are professional and time-based in nature. Work begins after scope confirmation and may include research, analysis, planning, design, and development activities. As a result, refunds are evaluated based on work completed.

3. Refunds for Analysis Services

  • If cancellation is requested before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
  • If partial work (data review, tracking audit, research) has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting time spent.
  • Once a final report or deliverable has been shared, refunds are generally not available.

4. Refunds for Development Projects

  • Advance payments cover planning, architecture, and initial setup work.
  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, refunds (if any) are calculated after deducting completed work and committed expenses.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

5. Retainer or Ongoing Services

For monthly or ongoing retainers, cancellation requires prior notice as agreed in the service proposal. Fees for already completed billing periods are non-refundable.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs (hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, advertising budgets, etc.) are non-refundable once paid to the respective provider. These are governed by the third-party provider’s own refund policies.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@rdigitalmedia.com with your project details.
  2. Mention your invoice/reference number and reason for cancellation.
  3. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time frame.

8. Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on bank or payment provider timelines.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it with documentation of work completed. We encourage resolving concerns directly via email.

We may update this Refund Policy as our services evolve. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
