Service Delivery Policy

1. Overview

R Digital Media provides services that are delivered digitally and/or remotely, including Funnel & User Behavior Analysis, website development, PWA development, and HTML5 interactive game development. There is no physical shipping of goods.

2. What’s Included

  • Analysis services: audits, insights, recommendations, and reports (scope-based).
  • Development services: websites, PWAs, web applications, and HTML5 browser games (project-based).
  • Communication: updates via email/WhatsApp/calls as required for the project.
  • Handover: final deliverables shared as agreed (deployment, files, access, or handoff documentation).

3. How We Deliver Services

  • Email/WhatsApp: proposals, confirmations, requirements, and updates.
  • Online meetings: calls may be used for requirement discussion, review, and handover where needed.
  • Reports: delivered via PDF, shared links, dashboards, or documented summaries depending on scope.
  • Development delivery: via deployment to your hosting/server or via file/code handoff (as agreed).

4. Timelines & Milestones

  • Delivery timelines vary based on scope, complexity, and availability of inputs. Estimated timelines are shared before starting.
  • For development projects, work may be delivered in milestones (e.g., UI draft, first build, revisions, final deployment).
  • Any delay due to missing assets/approvals from the client side may extend timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate requirements, content, brand assets (logo/images), and approvals on time.
  • Provide necessary access for work (viewer access for analytics; hosting/domain access for deployments).
  • Ensure you have rights to use any content you provide (images, text, videos, brand assets).

6. Access & Account Handling

For analysis work, we typically request viewer-level access to analytics tools (where applicable) or ask for read-only exports. For development work, we may require access to hosting/domain/accounts for deployment.

  • We do not require passwords if access can be granted via roles/permissions.
  • If credentials are shared, you are responsible for sharing them securely and changing them when work is complete.

7. Revisions & Change Requests

Revisions are handled as per the agreed scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost, which will be communicated before proceeding.

8. Third-Party Tools & Dependencies

Some deliverables depend on third-party providers (hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, analytics platforms). Their uptime, policies, and pricing are outside our control. Any third-party charges are typically billed by those providers directly to you, unless included explicitly in our proposal.

9. Post-Delivery Support

Post-delivery support (bug fixes, minor adjustments, maintenance, reporting updates) depends on the package or agreement. If ongoing support is required, it can be handled as a separate retainer or add-on scope.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled as per our policies: Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as our delivery methods evolve. Updates take effect once posted on this page.
